First, Go To The Online Booking Page (link below), then...
Step 1: "Choose a Clinic" from the pulldown menu
ONLINE (Midweek), or
THE ENTRANCE (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays)
Step 2: Below that menu, click the type of session you wish to book
ZOOM,
PHONE, or
FACE TO FACE (only at The Entrance clinic)
Step 3: Pick a date and time
Use the < arrow > buttons or the 'Next Available' button to find a date
Click a time to select that appointment
Step 4: Submit your details
Enter all details
Click "Submit"
Step 5: Finalise payment
Select Payment Method
Follow payment instructions
Ensure you "Pay Now"

Fees
Payment is required at the time of booking to lock in your appointment.
All standard sessions are $140* for 60 minutes.
Initial assessments for Couples or Families are $200* for 60 minutes.
Payments can be paid via booking page or bank transfer... and can also be made via Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card in person.
If you're a Life Supports client, ask about our introductory offer.
If you are an NDIS participant, unwaged, or are the holder of a health care card or pensioner concession card, ask about our sliding scale.
*All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and incur a 10% GST; Life Supports clients are eligible for a discount.
Cancellations
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment any time Before the day of the booking, at no cost
On the day of your booking, if you can not attend your appointment due to illness or accident, please text me and no cancellation fee will be charged - the fee you have already paid will roll over to cover your next appointment
If you do not attend your appointment on the day for any other reason, the pre-paid amount will count as your cancellation fee
You are welcome to organise a subsequent appointment by paying for your next booking
