Fees
Payment is required at the time of booking to lock in your appointment
All individual sessions are $150* for 60 minutes. Ask about our introductory offer ;)
Payments are best by bank transfer... but can also be made via Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card
Ask about my sliding scale if you are an NDIS participant, unwaged, or are the holder of a health care card or pensioner concession card
*All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and incur a 10% GST
Cancellations
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment any time Before the day of the booking, at no cost
On the day of your booking, if you can not attend your appointment due to illness or accident, please text me and no cancellation fee will be charged - the fee you have already paid will roll over to cover your next appointment
If you do not attend your appointment on the day for any other reason, the pre-paid amount will count as your cancellation fee
You are welcome to organise a subsequent appointment by paying for your next booking

Face-to-face sessions are available here on Fridays + Saturdays
Parking is available at The Entrance Surf Club in Marine Parade

Counselling can be conducted via Zoom at a time to suit you, no matter where you are in the world
Whether you're travelling for work, living abroad, moving interstate, in lockdown, or just find it easier to connect while you're at home, counselling is just as effective when it's conducted online via Zoom
Once we agree to make an appointment, I will collect your email address and phone number so I can send you a video chat link just prior to our agreed time
Some Advantages of Video Counselling
+ added convenience
+ removes the need for travel
+ might be safer or less stressful
+ can be done from anywhere
Keep in mind...
- you will need to have a good internet connection
- your location will need to be kept private and quiet
- you might require headphones with a microphone
- I do not allow recordings to be taken of sessions without express permission
- very occasionally the signal might be interrupted - I will call you back
- one-on-one works best... I don't offer Couples counselling via video for the first few sessions
